
Big Bertha was custom-built for Bites and Bark; the front chamber is a two-rack grill chamber that can also be used as a smoker. The back chamber is a 3-rack offset smoker with an insulated fire box and a smaller 3-rack smoke box. Our smoker is on a two-axle trailer that allows us to tow it for onsite events.

I have been training and learning the ins and outs of smoking meat and working on sauces and butters to assemble the best menu possible. I have trained for the last five years to launch Bites and Bark.
